　　《再見的練習》是作者林小杯改編真實經驗而來的故事。藉由狗與人的分開與重聚，來訴說面對所愛的突然消逝，來不及說的再見，會成為心裡難以彌平的傷口。但假使，再見，能夠重來，我們能否好好地練習？
 
　　再見不是不見，消失也是一種存在。

　　《再見的練習》全書以鉛筆手繪而成，共分為六個章節。透過藝術設計，從黑白線稿慢慢加入色彩，展現豐富層次，呼應故事主角的心境起伏與轉化。第二章節特別採用不同的裝禎設計，以不同的紙張手感與筆觸、色彩的質感，展演不同空間的故事氛圍。畫面上保留鉛筆筆觸的深淺、塗抹、覆蓋的各種創作痕跡，傳達出「消失也是一種存在」的概念。
