How dose "Common Ground" this concept being? Pina Bausch's "The Rite of spring" is renowned for its layer of earth (peat) covering the stage, it’s a ground for life and death. "Ground" is the basis of everything, "Common" signifies a sense of standard; we live together (or anywhere on Earth), having 24 hours a day, using language and text to communicate. Within these "Common things," true commonality transcends appearances, revealing the infinite possibilities of life.
