本書梳理並開展加拿大建築中心（Canadian Centre for Architecture）位於蒙特婁的 Gordon Matta-Clark 完整館藏（CP138），從多重視角提出暫時性、開放性的閱讀方式。Yann Chateigné 將 Matta-Clark 的個人藏書重新編排為若干研究領域，從鍊金術到精神分析，作為蒐集其思考痕跡——書寫與繪圖——的框架。Hila Peleg 重新剪輯數小時被棄置的影像素材，挑戰「紀錄」的既定概念，並重新喚回 Matta-Clark 介入行動所處的物理與社會情境——亦即其「關係性空間」。而 Kitty Scott 則從數百張旅行攝影中，建構出一幅 Matta-Clark 對周遭世界的視覺筆記全景，作為其藝術作品的對照與映照。
