Description

MENU is a cooking performance inspired by Ulises Carrion’s 1975 article, The New Art of Making Books. The performance features a menu of dishes named after sections quoted from the article, offering the audience a sensory experience that combines food and publishing.

The performance was published at Celsius Project in Malmo, Sweden, on June 17th, 2023, from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, as part of the ‘LJUSA NÄTTER II’ event organized by Anti bokhandel.
