《非此地，非此時》是推測設計（Speculative Design）重要代表人物 Anthony Dunne 與 Fiona Raby 睽違十二年後的最新著作。本書回應當前世界在政治、科技、社會與價值層面日益失衡的狀態，提出一種擁抱「非現實」卻必要的設計與思考方式：透過虛構世界、替代現實與尚未發生的可能性，重新思考我們所習以為常的現實。

在本次新書發表座談中，將以書中觀點為起點，分享推測設計如何作為一種思考工具，協助我們暫時跳脫既有系統、主流敘事與技術想像，進而看見其他被忽略或尚未被允許存在的世界樣貌。座談也將結合台灣近年設計教育與創作實踐的經驗，討論推測設計在教學、研究與創作中的角色，以及它如何幫助我們面對不確定的未來，重新校準想像力、價值觀與行動的可能方向。

何樵暐
設計師、研究者、獨立出版者與教育工作者，於 2016 年成立了何樵暐工作室，一個獨立運作的跨領域創作集合，涵蓋設計實踐、聲音創作、獨立出版與教學實驗等多個面向。其中 DML（Digital Medicine Lab）聚焦於推測設計與新媒體的設計研究與專案合作；聲音計畫 KIKORI Collective 則透過即時編碼（Live Coding）與 TOPLAP NTUST 社群，探索聲音作為人人皆可運用的創作媒材；TPS Press（tshut-pán-siā）致力於出版具文化批判性與實驗精神的設計書籍；SNN（School of New Now）則作為開源教學實驗構想，延伸並開放體制內的教學內容，嘗試讓知識能夠共享並被平等取得。
