Description

Vico's Spiral: Half Century of Artists' Books is a special publication accompanying the exhibition of the same name, commemorating the 50th Anniversary of Center for Book Arts (1974-2024). This book features a foreword by Corina Reynolds, a curatorial statement by Robbin Ami Silverberg, and insightful essays by Carole Naggar and Kinohi Nishikawa. It also includes an international directory of exhibitions from 1969 onward, along with "Baker's Dozen" lists of influential artists’ books, thoughtfully compiled by curators, book artists, collectors, and scholars.
